INTRODUCTION
your Astrology: your birth right that gives understanding of the workings of the Universal Forces that include action and control, wisdom, enjoyment, life, peace, intellect and love. You were born into this world with an Agenda to complete - a choice of destinies reflected in your birth chart. The sooner you understand that Agenda and your strengths and weaknesses, the better you can capitalize on your strengths and resist your weaknesses, the better your life will fare. Life is all about choices: temptations resisted and opportunities seizedBasic Interpretation of the birth chart will introduce you to the most basic concepts and elements in Vedic Astrology. It covers the zodiac used, the way the chart is drawn, and gives you an understanding of the Grahas (Planets), Rashis (signs), Bhavas (houses) and Nakshatras. It also introduces you to the lordships of the Bhavas, and the use of the Lagna (Ascendant), which are based on the relationship of the Grahas and the Bhavas, and the Rashis and the Bhavas respectively. This section also explains the most basic interaction between the Grahas: Conjunctions and aspects. Interpreting Planets provides an in-depth approach to understanding a unique nature of each Graha in any particular horoscope. This includes a precise distinction between the strength, auspiciousness and quality of a Graha. Interpreting houses elaborates on the various techniques used to interpret how a bhava will function in the chart and estimate how the areas of life represented by the bhava will manifest in one's life. Interpreting the chart integrates the previous two sections and completes a basic level of the chart analysis. Varieties of charts introduces you to some other types of charts that are often used to enrich the basic analysis of the birth chart. All the principles of the earlier section can now be applied in additional contexts. Divisional charts elaborates in detail on the use of one of the chart types introduced in the previous chapter. This chapter concludes the first part of the tutorial, dealing with interpreting the chart. Predictions The earlier chapters dealt with interpreting the chart without concern for the timing of life events, and predicting when various potential will manifest. The next three sections deal with the subject of timing the predictions. The Dashas section will explain how the planets are activated in cycles, and cycles within cycles. The Transits section will explain how the ongoing movement of the planets affects the natal chart. The Varshaphala section will teach you the intricacies of the chart cast on one's birthday, or rather, the exact time that the Sun re-visits its natal position. Other topics The Compatibility section shows you how you can determine the romantic compatibility between 2 people. Remedial measures briefly covers what one can do to correct negative or undesirable tendencies in life.

THE LAW OF KARMA
The Basis of Astrology is the Law of Karma: that Actions in this life affect Outcomes in the next life. Birth time Astrology is possible if there is reincarnation of souls to fulfil their Karma Karma is the spiritual principle of cause and effect, where intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of that individual (effect). The Horoscope is a map of the heavens (planets) plotted on paper as a chart with the twelve signs of the zodiac placed in twelve numbered houses. From this map of the heavens we can read the planetary influences on human beings, as well as the amount of free will people possess.

VEDIC CHART AND AREAS OF LIFE
Each House bhava represents a number of areas of life. Whereas Planets (Grahas) indicate the different aspects of our consciousness, the bhavas indicate what areas of life that consciousness is most strongly connected to, projected on and influenced by the planets influence. The Signs (Rashis) color that connection and give it very specific qualities

TRANSITS
For an event to happen in your life you first need the specific Birth Time Astrology: Example: Saturn in the 9th house is good for awareness: The placement of Saturn in the ninth house can make the natives religious, pious and spiritually inclined. If you were born 8 hours before: Saturn in the 5th house produces seriously sick children. The time you were born is prompted by Sanchita Karma: the Accumulated Karma of all your Lifetimes. It would be impossible to experience and endure all these Sanchjta karma in one lifetime. Drude (Heavy) Karma takes many lifetimes to conquer. Adrude (Light) Karma will take less effort to overcome. Prarabdha Karma is experienced through the present body and is only a part of Sanchita karma that is ripe (Prarabdha Karma) and to be addressed this lifetime. Prarabdha Karma is a collection of past Sanchita karmas that your soul selected to be experienced through this present body, in this present life. From this stock of Sanchita karma, a handful is taken out to address in one lifetime and this handful of actions, which have begun to bear fruit and which will be exhausted only on their fruit being enjoyed or addressed is known as Prarabdha karma. Prarabdha Karma is past Life Karma shown by the Position of your Ketu in your Vedic Chart. Prarabdha Karma: Known as the ‘purpose’ karma of this present lifetime, where the purpose is to fulfill part of your karmic dues, experiences and lessons set out for this incarnation. Prarabdha Karma are those lessons and experiences that we must absolutely face in this lifetime, no questions asked. Prarabdha Karma is akin to a scoop of Karma taken from the massive pool of Sanchita KarmaYour Birth Time Astrology is subsequently influenced by your choices this lifetime: Kriyamana (Present Karma): Every thought word, deed, decision & action we create in our current life. All Kriyamana karmas flow from Sanchita karma and consequently shapes our future. Kriyamana is the karma we are creating with our desires. Kriyamana karma, or present karma, refers more specifically to the instantaneous or immediate Kriyamana Karma the consequences of your actions and is represented by the position of Rahu in your Vedic Chart. Distinction can be made between Kriyamana Karma that emphasizes the cause-and-effect between your actions and their immediate results and Agami Karma: future karma generated by your current actions and choices with consequences later in this lifetime or in future lifetimes. You need also to be running the planets Dasha or Bhuki: Running the particular Planet;s Dasha (running Mars Dasha) or Mars Bhukti (Saturn into Mars) and your present time’s astrology is influences by your present day astrology including the TRANSITS of planets through a particular house That will prompt the ripening of a particular Karma That is precipitated by the transit of the planet through the house that contains the Karma in question How does Karma become Ripe? For something to happen to you, you need 3 influences 1. A Planet in a house that controls a Concern: Mars in the 12th house means the Loss of Freedom 2. Run the particular Planets Dasha (running Mars Dasha) or Mars Bhukti (Saturn into Mars) 3. The Transit of the planets across that House – Then you go to jail for as long as the Sanchita Karma lasts. be it for a Month as Mars transits the 12th House. An AHA moment Tulsidas, a Hindu saint, said: "Our destiny was shaped long before the body came into being." We do have Free Will: Limited to how Aware and Disciplined we are and the Weight of Karma As long as the stock of Sanchita Karma lasts, there is the cycle of birth and death. Part of Sanchita Karma is taken as Prarabdha karma for being enjoyed or endured this lifetime,. A Jiva (Soul) cannot attain moksha (liberation) from the cycle of birth and death, until the accumulated Sanchita Karmas are completely exhausted. All Astrological Yogas indicate past Karma – the position of planets in your chart control impulses and influences the trajectory of this life Example: We just finished doing Katlyn’s astrology, she has Rahu in the 12th house. We predicted Kaitlyn has real knowledge/focus on 12th house issues of death. Without knowing her Vedic Chart she already does elaborate death ceremonies to gain insight. An AHA moment revealed from her chart. But she was also warned she has a dangerous Yoga: From one act of anger, she could lose Everything, house, home and family.Rahu in Vedic Astrology represents Desires you pursue this lifetime. So Rahu is a blessing or a curse depending on the house that is in. Be careful what you wish for. If you deeply desire something, you will manifest it in your life, now or in the future. So say you have Mars in the 12th house: you are likely to loose your freedom either by Jail, Illness or Mental Instability such as Agoraphobia Other parts of the chart will tell which: Say its Jail You are likely to go to Jail when you are running Mars Dasha or Bhukti and Mars transits the 12th house and be released when Mars exits the 12th house The Effect of Ketu in the 12th house is prompted by the Transit of Ketu over the position of Ketu in the 12th house. Rahu in the 6th house is Good

LAGNA – ASCENDANT
Lagna Ascendant – influences your Character The Ascendant is what is coming over the Horizon at the time of your birth While Western astrology assigns pre-eminence to the Sun sign, Jyotish awards that position to the Ascendant, which gives more insight into your life particulars than does any other factor in the horoscope. You can look up typical Cancer traits There are a few reliable principles regarding predictions based on the Ascendant: • What is the Constellation of the Ascendant and its ruler • The strength of the planets in the various houses • Relationship of the Lagna lord with the owners of various houses • The house the Sun rules in the chart • The ownership of the other houses in the chart Own House JB So important questions are: What Constellation is in the Ascendant? What planet rules what house and in what house is that ruler found? How do the various planets aspect each other? And in what Dasha (your Major Time Period) will its effect be felt?My Lagna is Sagittarius.

The GRAHAS (PLANETS)
Planets There are nine Grahas “planets” in Indian astrology: Only five of them are planets, one is a star, one is a moon, and the remaining two (Rahu and Ketu) are special astronomical points where the Sun and Moon eclipses occur

PLANETARY RULERSHIP OF THE SIGNS
Vedic astrology employs traditional sign Rulerships: Mars rules Aries and Scorpio, Venus rules Taurus and Libra, Mercury rules Gemini and Virgo, the Moon rules Cancer, the Sun rules Leo, Jupiter rules Sagittarius and Pisces, and Saturn rules Capricorn and Aquarius.

STRENGTH OF PLANETS
The Shadbala is the calculated score by which an astrologer can assess the strength of the planet. The effects of a planet whether auspicious or inauspicious will be in proportion to its strength. This Shadbala strength calculation is based on the different 'Bala' or strength factors. In ascendant, Jupiter and Mercury are strong. In North, Sun and Mars are strong in 10th house. In west, Saturn is strong and Venus and Mars acquires the directional form of strength in South in 4th house. In Vedic astrology, the strength of a planet depends on its natural qualities and how it interacts with other planets. Planets also have a permanent strength, called Naisargikabala, that they produce regardless of their position. The Sun has the greatest permanent strength, while Saturn has the least. In descending order of strength, the planets are: Sun, Moon, Venus, Jupiter, Mercury, Mars, and Saturn. The capacity of a particular planet to strongly influence your life and choices depends upon its planetary strength. This strength is determined by such factors as: • The aspects between planets that are friends or enemies • The friendliness of the ruling planet of the house in which the planet is found • Directional strength. A planet placed in its exalted Constellation attains is greatest strength for good or evil.Auspiciousness and Quality: The qualities of the Graha determined by it sign, Nakshatra position etc. will be expressed most advantageously when the planet is auspiciously placed. The qualities will be expressed with struggle and grief when the Graha is afflicted. Of course, in most cases there is no black and white situation, and there is some balance of afflictions and supporting factors, that bring out the qualities of the planet in a variety of ways. Since the strength of the planet indicates how potent it is to manifest its qualities, it is best to have the Graha with desirable qualities be strong, and the Graha with negative qualities be weak. However, this concept of "what is best" is highly subjective to one's purpose in life. In the life of a monk, a strong and unafflicted Venus may be out of place, as it will likely cause marriage. In the life of a wrestler, one probably would not have much use for a strong Moon. And a powerful Sun, would not serve people whose destiny it is to be in service.

RASHIS (CONSTELLATIONS/SIGNS)
Vedic astrology and zodiac signs differ in how they track the positions of planets and constellations: Vedic astrology Uses the sidereal zodiac, which measures the motion of planets against the fixed positions of stars. Vedic astrology is based on the Vedas, the oldest sacred texts of Hinduism, and the belief that a person's karma is related to the positions of the planets and stars. Vedic astrology also includes the sun, moon, and seven planets, each with a name and dates that differ from Western astrology. Zodiac signs Use the tropical zodiac, which measures the motion of planets against the position of the sun on the spring equinox. A zodiac sign is a symbol that represents a person's personality, emotions, and motivations. Each person has a zodiac sign for each planet, the moon, and the sun. Because of the Earth's tilt and whirl, known as precession, stars and constellations don't remain fixed. Each star moves roughly one degree every 70 years, so a person's Vedic zodiac sign may differ from their Western zodiac sign

Debbi Ban – a Typical Reading

Your chart is presented in a form that is typical of Indian Astrology (Jyotish) in northern India. The ascendant is at the top of the chart and is that constellation of stars (Rashi) coming over the horizon at your birth: 7. Libra.
The ascendant (Lagna) is the first of 12 houses in the chart and deals with your self – your basic character. Indian Astrology puts more emphasis on the Ascendant than on the Sun “sign” of Western Astrology (the constellation the Sun is passing in front of at your Birth).

Lagna (Ascendant)
While Western astrology assigns pre-eminence to the Sun sign, Jyotish awards that position to the ascendant, which gives greater insight into a native’s life particulars than does any other factor in the horoscope. Observations of the intrinsic attributes of the various lagnas have aggregated over the centuries into a form of analysis. Your ascendant is Libra ruled by Venus.
There follows a few salient, reliable principles regarding the ascendant:
• the symbolism of the constellation of the ascendant and its ruler
• the strength of the planets in the various houses
• the relationship of the Lagna lord with the owners of various houses
• the house the Sun rules in the chart
the ownership of the other houses in the chart

Libra Lagna
Libra is ruled by Venus and in your chart is aspected by Venus Auspicious for relationships.
Libra’s symbol, the scales (a shopkeeper’s weighing scales, no scales of justice), makes natives of this mercantile rashi less likely to be lawyers than retailers or merchants. This predilection is forced by Libra’s position as the natural zodiac’s seventh house. Librans do, however, particularly like public professions because the Moon, a public planet, is the lord of the tenth house, which indicates both the public and one’s profession. Since Venus is debilitated in the twelfth house of a Libra lagna, Librans often have difficulty controlling expenditures and tend to waste their resources both physical and financial. This debility may lead them into sexual escapades that they may live to regret.

Because Venus is Jupiter’s enemy, Venus is disinclined to accept any well-intended advice from Jupiter, the lord of wisdom and intuition, and Librans have difficulty accepting wise counsel. When coupled with Jupiter’s ownership of two Dussthanas in this Lagna, this tendency causes a Libran’s wisdom to become somewhat clouded. This is partially true for Taurus natives too, who are stubborn bulls, but is less pronounced for them because in a Taurus Lagna Jupiter owns the eleventh house of friends. Also Libra is a fierce, active Rashi which ignores advice actively, while Taureans are merely passive ignorers of good counsel.

The Sun rules the eleventh house for this Lagna and, because Lagna lord Venus is a social planet, friends, clubs and societies important to Librans. But they are often led astray by bad comp since the Sun is debilitated in the first house, and over concern their social lives may cause them to permit their friends to waste their time. They also tend to be fashion conscious, because Venus is a ‘flashy’ planet.

Saturn, a mutual friend of lagna lord Venus, gives Libra pronounced interest in politics because he rules both the 4th house (the masses) and the fifth house (the formation of government bodies); because he indicates government; and because he is exalted in the ascendant. That Saturn as fifth lord is exalted in the first house might also indicate children, but does not do so here to great degree because Saturn does not indicate children. As for Aries ascendant, in a Libra lagna the lord of the seventh house relationship is identical with the lord of the second house of family. This situation makes marriage more likely to endure for Arians and Librans than for natives of Taurus or Scorpio lagnas. As Libra is the seventh house of the natural zodiac it reinforces this likelihood. You share Libra ascendant with Shahid.

Procession of the Equinox

There is a basic cumulative inaccuracy in Western Astrology such that western astrology now deals with generalities. Since Ptolomy, Western Astrology has not allowed for the Procession of the Equinox and as a result is 20 minutes more inaccurate each year: 20 minutes x 2000 years has resulted in an inaccuracy of nearly a whole Sign. Thus, if you think you are a “Leo “ in Western Astrology you may well be a “Cancer”. Your Sun sign is Aquarius in Indian Astrology. The Sun stands for your soul and your father.

Houses (Bhavas)

The houses are arranged 1-12 to depict the 360-degree revolution of the whole heavens as below with the 1 as the Ascendant and each deals with an aspect of your life. Thus, the 2nd house deals with money, wealth and family. Once the ascendant constellation is fixed at your birth, the constellations of Aries through Pisces are superimposed on the houses along with the position of the planets. It is the placement of the constellations and planets in particular houses and the relationship of the planets that gives an insight to your probable and possible life experiences, determined by the strength and type of your Karma in this life time and your own efforts that improve or blight your life.

Planets
There are nine “planets” in Indian astrology:

Planetary Benefics and Malefics

Planets are classified as benefic and malefic in terms of what most people identify as desirable and undesirable qualities and influences.
Jupiter and Venus are natural benefics
Mars, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu are natural malefics, Sun is Cruel
Moon is a natural benefic when waxing (moving from new to full) otherwise when waning it is a natural malefic
Mercury is a natural benefic on its own or with a benefic (when it is not associated with a natural malefic), otherwise when associated with a malefic, it is a natural malefic.

In your chart – “The Libra Lagna (ascendant lord) is ruled by Venus and Venus has gone to the 7th House and is singly capable of counteracting all evils if he is strongly placed in an angle by the grace of Lord Shiva”. There will at all times be comforts of the body. All diseases will disappear. You will have many husbands and worthwhile relationships
The Sun (actually a star) Lord of 11th house to the 9th house of an enemy and aspected by Saturn. There is indication that you father had troubles – 4th and 10th houses captured by Malefics that the mother would have given up the family or would have died at your birth. There is risk that you would have been abandoned as a child. (Debbie’s father was happy with her mother, first wife died after 4 years. He is dying slowly in nursing home – has painful eczema and had a stroke). There are indications of both wealth and penury associated with the Sun and Mars combination. Sun and Mars aspect the 3rd house making relationships with your brother a problem but try.– there is no real remedy but try. It would be unwise to increase the power of Mars in this location and aspect. It would make relationships with your brother worse.
The Moon (Earth’s satellite) Lord of 10th house to the 11th house is in the house of a great friend (the Sun) and is a benefic – Moon was waxing 40% full – positive influence. When lord of 10th is in the 11th career will be strong, truthful and happy. However, your Shad Bala indicated your Moon is weaker, so is unable to fulfill its full potential.
Mercury is in its own house in the house of Dharma – this is very auspicious. Giving fortune, virtues and beauty, perhaps sickness during childhood but later happy. Will visit shrines. (Debbi is very religious and visited many shrines) Lord of 9th and 12th houses to the 9th house. These houses and the 2nd house aspect will be blessed under the influence of Mercury: giving insight into the afterlife.
Venus in the house of a friend. Lord of Ascendant and 8th house to the 7th house “Should one among Venus, Mercury or Jupiter be in an angle – all evils are destroyed as the Sun eliminates Darkness”. In your chart you have Venus in the 7th house in a Kendra (angular house). This is difficult to obtain and would cast a transcendental blessing on your whole life. So, when you read that there are indications of trouble in your chart that did not happen – you will. I hope, appreciate the blessing of Venus. Having Venus in the 7th house of relationships in your chart would indicate blessed relationships. You will likely have two husbands. You were first married at 19. Difficulty in sustaining relationships is there but whenever Venus Dasha or Bhukti is running, you will meet someone. When I met her she asked if she would marry. I said I could not be certain but she would meet someone in a year when she was running Venus Bhukti. A year and a half later she called and said she had met someone 6 months ago, as predicted, and we agreed I should do his chart. I knew nothing about him but his birth time, date and location of birth. From his chart I said he was very rich. She enthusiastically agreed, and said, “His family is so rich in Lohore. He’s chauvinistic so don’t expect top billing. And he’s going to go to Jail (Mars in the 12th house means “Loss of Freedom” Jail as no indication of ill health or childhood abuse) so maybe you don’t want to marry him. A year later, she called and said he was in Jail and she wanted to know when he would get out. I said. “Do not tell me why he was arrested (he could have been in for murder!) and I should look at his chart and perhaps I can surprise you.” Mars was transiting his 12th house the transit prompting jail but moving fast and would exit the 12th house within the month. So, I said, “ I have not done this prediction before this lifetime but he would be our of jail within the month.” He was deported on an immigration charge within the month.
Mars is combust and Lord of 2nd and 7th houses to the 9th house in the house of a great enemy – Mercury. As Mars has strength it will promote your wealth during its Dasha (1978-1985) or Bhukti. As Mars, significator of siblings and courage is combust there may be lack of siblings or empathy under Mars influence and a lack of courage although in general Mars has gone to a trinal auspicious house. Diligent, you risk sickness during childhood in middle life healthy. You will be religious: visit shrines and observe religious codes with sufficient wealth and virtue; though you argue with your teachers
Jupiter as lord of 3rd and 6th house has gone to the 8th an inauspicious house that would normally mean impurity and thievery, recurrent sickness. However, this would be resisted by Jupiter’s nature and the blessing of Venus. This life is about living a pure life and resisting temptation.
Saturn is in the house of a great friend. As lord of the 4th and 5th is Saturn a barren planet and it has gone to the 12th house – offspring is unlikely or only one child through the benefic influence of Jupiter and only through a second long term relationship, though adoption is possible. Saturn in the 12th house makes depression and loss of property a real problem in 2022.

Saturn in the twelfth house – beware monetary loss, amass a rainy-day fund
There will be too many expenses. Reduce expenditure to avoid loss. You have a philosophy of the cosmos which tries to account for all phenomena. You are fascinated by different cultures and foreign traditions.. Your speaking style may be dry. You make positive contributions to organizations. You provide structure and direction to professional groups. You may be better known in foreign countries than in your native land. You travel in connection with your work but prefer to reside in your native land. You are interested in researching ancient civilizations. You will leave no stone unturned in searching for answers. Too many responsibilities will have an oppressive influence on you. You can spend long hours researching subjects important to you. Financial sense is not good, and you may spend money on futile things and not get any pleasure from it. Expenditures and debts will accumulate and be difficult to handle at times. You may get frustrated in your career due to failed enterprises. Eyesight may be weak or eyes may suffer disease. You may move or travel frequently to satisfy a need for spiritual work or sacrifice. You may do work or service behind the scenes, not visible to many people, such as work in large institutions. There is a deep, subconscious need to be away from people, and a craving for work in solitude. Your work may keep you away from your spouse. On a subconscious level you may feel you are supposed to be losing, which may affect your self-confidence. There is a sense of loneliness that can come up now and then. You are drawn to secluded or isolated places. You may work for secret societies or study hidden knowledge. There may be some expenditure associated with those who are poor in the material sense. You spend for humanitarian causes. You tend to simplify your life by getting rid of any unnecessary clutter. You will spend time, energy or money on those who are poor in the material sense.

Rahu is the 4th house northern intersection (northern node) of the plane of the Moon’s orbit around the earth with the plane of the Earth’s elpitic – Difficulty and obstructions with mother and property
Ketu is the 10th house southern node. The two nodes are where the solar and lunar eclipses occur. Career is poisoned perhaps through jealousy.

Planetary Strength

The capacity of a particular planet to strongly influence your life and choices depends upon its planetary strength. This strength is determined by such factors as:

• The aspects between planets that are friends or enemies
• The friendliness of the ruling planet of the house in which the planet is found
• Directional strength.

The Shad Bala graph (the bar graph in the pr represents the strength of the planets. Any planet with a bar in the graph that is below the line is of concern. None of your planets are weak.

Planetary Relationships

For the purposes of interpreting a chart, certain planets are friendly, neutral or enemies

Planetary Rulership

Planets are the rulers of various constellations
Planetary Rulership

Sun rules one Constellation: Leo, Moon rules one Constellation
All other planets rule two Constellations

A planet is strong when it is its own sign. Mercury Lord of 9th in 9th house – Spiritual,.

Planetary Aspects
All planets aspect the house they occupy and the seventh house. Some planets have special aspects:
Mars aspects the 1st, 4th, 7th and 8th
Jupiter aspects the 1st, 5th, 7th and 9th
Saturn aspects the 1st, 3rd , 7th and 10th.

Karakas and Bhava Karakas

The meaning of a house is principally influenced by two planets: its ruler and its karaka (significator) A karaka is the planet, which rules the matter under consideration. The bhava karaka is the planet that has great affinity for the primary matters ruled by the house under consideration. For instance because Jupiter and the 5th house rule children, Jupiter becomes the bhava karaka of the 5th house.

Dashas and Bhuktis

Not all your life is the same throughout its duration. These developments, these ups and downs are accounted for by the Dashas – when you run a particular planet from between 7 and 20 years depending upon the planet and various sub-periods or Bhuktis where you run through the series of planets as sub periods. When you run the Jupiter Dasha your life will be illuminated by this benefic planet and the aspected planets and the houses it aspects or occupies. Knowing the Dasha you are running will help you understand the forces acting upon you and help you plan and foresee the good or hard times. You are running Rahu at present that should give some problems to career but interest in religion. Jupiter is next in 2003 that should improve wealth. As Venus is in the 7th house in a Rash of Mars you may find solace from women at certain times (1978-1989 and 2005-2012).

So important questions are:

What constellation is in the ascendant?
What planet rules what house and in what house is that ruler found?
How do the various planets aspect each other?
And in what Dasha will its effect be felt?
Thus for example we can say that 2. Taurus is in the ascendant ruled by Venus that is located in the 2nd house. Now, when the ascendant’s Lord (Venus in this case) is in the 2nd house the subject will be happy, scholarly, endowed with good qualities, religious, honorable and will have many wives/husbands. Thus, Venus finds itself in 3. Gemini ruled by Mercury, a friendly planet towards Venus.

In 2008 you were running Jupiter Dasha: Likely to inherit some wealth. You may meet someone in 2010.
Jupiter in the 8th house of chronic illness. Debbi verified suffered from chronic pain
Lord of 5th and 6th house is Saturn has gone to the 12th house “the end of things” – Grandson born premature – will not prosper, will be sick.
Debbie is plagued with acute illness and pain
Running Jupiter into Venus Bhukti. Venus benefically aspects Jupiter

Jupiter lord of the 4th house is in the 12th house the native will be devoid of domestic and other comforts during Jupiter Dasha

So when you read that there are indications of trouble in your chart that did not happen – you will. I hope, appreciate the blessing of Venus. Having Venus in your chart would indicate blessed relationships.
You will likely have two husbands. First married at 19. Difficulty in sustaining relationships is there, but whenever Venus Dasha or Bhukti is running, you will meet someone: In 2010

Because Venus is Jupiter’s enemy, Venus is disinclined to accept any well-intended advice from Jupiter, the lord of wisdom and intuition, and Librans have difficulty accepting wise counsel.
2022
Grihanasa Yoga: Saturn Lord of 4th house is placed in the 12th house: may undergo great loss in house property

Saturn in the twelfth house – beware monetary loss, amass a rainy-day fund.
There will be too many expenses. Reduce expenditure to avoid loss. You have a philosophy of the cosmos which tries to account for all phenomena. Astrological Yogas

We will now consider a few of the more prominent of the many thousands of graha yogas, attempting to dissect their inherent operational tenets. The more auspicious yogas that are in a horoscope, the more likely it will be for the person to be someone of note who will rise through life to be powerful and prosperous. Sometimes, though, in spite of a multitude of promising yogas, the native never rises to the expected level of success. The most important reason for this failure is that the Dashas (planetary periods of the grahams involved do not occur at the appropriate periods of life. Another reason is that the grahas involved in the yogas may be weak (because of combustion, placement in unfriendly rashis or inauspicious avasthas, or weakness in subcharts). Yet another reason is that under certain circumstances, which are described at the end of this chapter, a horoscope’s benevolent yogas can be canceled or broken (in Sanskrit bhanga).

Fulfillment of a Yoga depends on the strength of the planets and the position of the yogas. The less such a yoga is interfered with by the impact of other grahas, particularly malefics, the more the native will experience its energies.

In your astrology, there is a mixture of yogas signifying blessings and some suffering, such as:
Gaja Kesari Yoga: Should Jupiter be 10th from the Moon Gaja Kesari Yoga is formed. You will have a successful career and attain a dignified position. There will be idealism and strong spiritual pursuits, endowed with laudable virtues. (36:3-4)

Negative influences of Planets

The Shadripu (six weakness/sins) can be linked with the grahas.

“What are the six vices?” In Christian palance: Lust, anger, greed, pride, arrogance and foolhardiness

In Vedic Tradition”What are the Shadripu?” meaning six (shad) weaknesses (ripu) or six mind enemies? Kama (lust), krodha (anger), lobha (greed), mada (arrogance), moha (delusion), and matsarya (jealousy).

The Shadripu (six weakness/sins) can be linked with the grahas.

The graha associated with the bandhana can show what the problem manifests as. The sixth lord can also represent shadripu, mostly that which is brought out by bad company. Sixth lord, representing enemy and shadripu, is a maraka to the 5th. The 5th gives ashraya (shelter), and the 6th house destroys that. If the 6th house is connected to the 5th lord it can destroy your mantras, prayers and rituals.
